Offshore Gateways (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) acts solely as an independent payment solutions agent. We facilitate introductions and onboarding between merchants and various third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquirers, banks, and financial institutions. We are not a bank, PSP, processor, wallet provider, or financial custodian.

No Fund Handling or Money Storage

Offshore Gateways does not collect, hold, store, process, or manage merchant funds at any point.

All transaction settlements, payouts, reserves, and refunds are directly managed and released by the assigned PSP/acquirer, in accordance with their policies and regulatory obligations.

Offshore Gateways has no access to merchant funds and cannot modify settlement timelines or payout structures determined by the PSP.

Role Limited to Agency, Consultancy & Facilitation

Our services include:

  • Identifying relevant PSP/acquiring solutions across low-risk to high-risk verticals
  • Facilitating onboarding, application submission, and compliance coordination
  • Supporting communication between merchants and PSPs during KYC/KYBevaluations
  • Guiding merchants on best practices, documentation, and risk expectations

We do not guarantee approvals, processing limits, settlement cycles, chargeback ratios, or merchant account longevity. All onboarding approvals are the sole discretion of the PSP/acquiring bank.

Fee Structure

Offshore Gateways may charge:

  • Agency Fee
  • Setup / Integration Fee
  • Consultancy / Compliance Coordination Fee

Depending on the complexity of the merchant’s business model, risk profile, and solution type. These fees are strictly service-based and not associated with fund handling, transaction processing, or settlement management.

Third-Party Relationship & Liability Limitations

All payment processing services, settlement timelines, risk decisions, and account actions (such as holds, reserves, freezes, or closures) are determined solely by the PSP or acquiring bank. Offshore Gateways:

  • Cannot influence underwriting decisions
  • Is not responsible for PSP/Bank downtime, delays, or operational issues
  • Does not participate in dispute resolution between merchants and PSPs. 
  • However we do help merchants with timely manner report that received from PSP/Acquiring bank
  • and the same details can be verified by the back-office provider by the PSP/Acquiring bank.
  • Is not liable for any financial losses, chargebacks, penalties, or reserves imposed by the PSP

Merchants must review and agree to the PSP’s Terms & Conditions, Merchant Agreement, and Compliance Requirements before using any payment services.
